Policies and Conditions
Please note that check-in time is 2:00PM (1400). Check-out time is 10:00AM (1000). Unfortunately, during peak season we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Exceptions may be made depending on hotel occupancy. Please contact our Reception Team in advance.

We are able to assist with your transportation inquiries to Darwin International Airport and surrounding.

DCH on Mitchell is non-smoking property. Fines will be charged to the credit card on your reservation file should you choose to smoke on the premises.

Additional fees are applicable for the extra adult occupying the room and will be charged the Extra Adult fee of $50 per day per person.
​
Late checkout fee $25 per hour up to 1pm, subject to availability.
​
Infants 0 to 2 years utilising a cot is charged at $10 per night. Children aged from 2 to 12 years old will be charged the child rate of $30 per day per child. Adult rates are 12 years and over.
